Red Dead Redemption: The Movie?

Okay so here's something I read and just needed to post about. According to Show Biz Spy They're going to make a Red Dead Redemption movie starring Brad Pitt as Mr. Marston himself. This is just a rumor but man. I reeeally hope they don't make this movie. It was a good game and well, we all know how movie's based off of video games turn out. On the other hand, it could be decent...

Oh well, I guess we'll see.

More 3DS

If people read my blog I'm sure that they would get very annoyed by all of my 3DS stuff by now, but having no readers definitely has its perks. But have no fear, imaginary readers, for this post will be short. I just want say three quick things, followed by a bunch of awesome 3DS pictures.

1. Graphics: possibly better than the Wii, maybe even close to PS3 or Xbox 360.

2. Games: Ocarina of time remake?! Mario Kart 3D?! Paper Mario?!

3. 3D movies?!

In conclusion. You know those crazy people that wait in line for ten hours to be the first to buy something? Well, let's just say I've started saving.

Thanks for reading! :D

A Zelda Timeline EXISTS?!

Today I'm going to talk about an issue of huge debate in the Zelda universe. The Zelda timeline. There have been tons of Zelda timeline theories over the years, I personally never believed that one existed and they just made random games with the same characters, a similar objective, and different plots built around the basic Zelda structure. UNTIL TODAY!

According to Eiji Aonuma a timeline does exist. In an interview with Official Nintendo Magazine, (basically Nintendo Power from the UK) he said "Yes, there is a master timeline but it is a confidential document! The only people to have access to that document are myself, Mr. Miamoto and the director of the title. We can't share it with anyone else!"

But what about all of the times Nintendo said that there wasn't a timeline? Were they just being tricky and keeping it under wraps? Or did they just never have a timeline and thought "Hey! Know what would be cool? I know that we've released fourteen Zelda games with no thought to how they fit together, but why don't we just say we have a timeline to make our fans happy." I'm hoping it's not the latter, but we'll see.

Thanks for reading! :D

3DS release date to be announced on September 29

Finally we're going to find out when it's going to be released. Hopefully soon. But I was just thinking about it and... doesn't that mean that Nintendo just released the date for the date that they will annouce the release date for the Nintendo 3DS? Ladies and gentlemen... we have a tongue twister.

And so concludes E3

*sob*

It might take me a few days to recover from my E3 hangover but it was great. I now have the 3DS to look forward to, the new Zelda game, Donkey Kong Country, Goldeneye, Gran Turismo 5, and a lot more. Anyway, back to regular blogging.

NINTENDO!

Well. Quite the presentation at E3 today. Quite the presentation. First of all you have some wicked looking games like Goldeneye and Donkey Kong Country, which were really cool. Second, you have the new Zelda game. And third, the 3DS!!! If you haven't already watched the presentation just click right here. And trust me, you want to watch the presentation before reading some fourteen year old kid blog about it.

Okay. Goldeneye is a little iffy. It looks pretty cool, don't get me wrong. But I just hope they don't change too much and keep it's gameplay, and over all feel, somewhat close to the original. The new Donkey Kong Country looks good. I think New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Has really started a trend of games with retro gameplay, but updated graphics. Both of these games look like they're going to be great and I'm very excited.

Ah. the new Zelda game. I am actually... Kind of skeptical. For me the Zelda franchise has been getting bland for me. I liked the original, I thought A Link To The Past was an absolute masterpiece, and I loved Ocarina of Time. But what did we have after that? Majora's mask? Meh. Wind Waker? Decent, but kind of lacking. Twilight Princess? Yuck. Apparently some people really enjoyed it. I was not one of those people. It's just so unoriginal! I hope they put more effort into the story for this one. The graphics for this one are nice looking too. Kind of cartoonie.

The 3DS looks awesome. Really awesome. I was blown away. I love the fact that you'll be able to watch 3D movies and take 3D pictures. Still. 3D games are definitely the coolest feature. Apparently there is going to be a Mario Cart 3D, an Ocarina of Time rerelease, Resident Evil, Assassins Creed, and a bunch more awesome games. It seems like it's going to do everything! I just hope that it doesn't mess with you're eyes.

The last thing I want to talk about today is the Kid Icarus game coming to the 3DS. I never really got into the kid Icarus game for NES but this one looks good. I think it's cool that they're releasing another game even though the last Kid Icarus game came out in 1986. Bottom line is I was really impressed with Nintendo's presentation this year and I'm really psyched for most of this stuff.

Thanks for Reading!

Sony.

Well... It was alright. A little boring. Nuff' said.

Ubisoft

So I just finished watching the Ubisoft conference. I'm pretty impressed. I'm excited for "The raving rabbits travel time" mainly. Shawn Whites skateboarding looks pretty cool too.

EA

So I just watched EA's presentation and it looks pretty cool. Need For Speed Hot Pursuit looks pretty cool. Great graphics and it looks fun. Dead space two looks really freaky. The rest didn't really interest me. Still, I enjoyed watching it. Now if you'll excuse me, Ubisoft's conference is starting.

Move so far.

Here's another video from IGN.

Natal is... Kinect?

So... Project Natal... I must say, I am a little disappointed. I mean. It looks cool but not as cool as it looked before. Just kind of underwhelming... Sigh...

Anyway. If you want to check out some of the videos of Nata- I mean Kinect they're right underneath.

Thanks for reading! I'll be putting up a bunch of E3 posts so stay tuned.
